Job Description:

We’re seeking a dedicated and organized part-time Assistant/Manager to support our store, manage online sales, and help build our team. The role involves travel between our Philadelphia and Delaware locations and supporting a variety of operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with store organization, inventory management, and merchandising. Support online sales by packaging and shipping orders promptly and accurately. Help recruit, onboard, and support team members. Assist with customer service both in-store and online. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, ordering supplies, and paperwork.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to travel between Philadelphia and Delaware locations. Experience in retail, e-commerce, or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with Canva or Photoshop is a plus. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a team-player mindset.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate (please specify your rate or range). Flexible, part-time hours.
