Duties:

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow, including managing field crews, equipment, and resources.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled technicians and office staff to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Customer Satisfaction:
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer concerns promptly.
