As the assistant manager , you will be responsible for assiting the Store Manager in the brick and mortar store where you will perform a number of duties while providing excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in leading the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This role plays a key part in achieving store goals and creating a positive shopping experience Duties Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Supervise and motivate sales associates to meet sales goals and deliver excellent customer service. Support in training and onboarding new team members. Recommending product to customers Starting fitting rooms for customers, as well as assisting in the fitting room when needed Working with cash register and processing payments Restocking clothing, jewelry, and sunglasses throughout the day Be a brand ambassador that reflects the company’s values Handle customer complaints or issues professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when needed. Experience Comprehensive understanding of the store products 1-3 years of retail experience, with some supervisory or leadership responsibilities. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
