This position requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage resources, foster relationships, and drive process improvements to achieve the organization’s goals. The Executive Director will work closely with the board of directors and senior leadership to ensure that the mission and vision of the organization are realized. Duties Lead the development and implementation of organizational strategies and initiatives that align with the mission and vision. Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, staff, partners, and community members. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Drive business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and sustainability. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service delivery.
