We are a rapidly scaling commercial service franchisee looking for an experienced, reliable, and proactive General Manager to lead our team. Our small but rapidly growing company is a great fit for a leader with sales or construction industry experience who wants to be a part of building a brand and culture to be proud of. Job brief We are looking for a General Manager to oversee all staff, business development, budgets, and operations of the company. General Manager responsibilities include sales/business development, managing teammates, operational efficiency, and overall strategy of the company. To be successful in this role, you should be a driven self-starter with a can-do attitude and confident team leader. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations Sales, prospecting, and client management Maintain budgets and optimize expenses Execute on processes Oversee recruitment and training of new employees Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance Prepare regular reports for ownership Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors) Requirements and skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Sales, Business Development, or customer relationship focus Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.) Strong analytical ability Excellent communication skills Problem-solving aptitude Experience in construction industry, business services, or project management is a plus The right candidate will be in alignment with our core values and purpose This is a W2 Full Time Salaried Position with the following benefits .
