Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC 29406 Culinex is a growing Foodservice Equipment & Supply dealer. We are seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee a recent acquisition as General Manager. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability, and integrating the acquisition into our company’s broader objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Successfully maintain the organization’s profit and loss statement, analyze financial performance, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and cost optimization Identify areas for process improvement, implement best practices and drive operational excellence throughout the organization Lead implementation of new processes and systems Implement systems to track and analyze data for continuous improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and clients, ensuring effective negotiation, contract management and service level agreements Develop key performance indicators and metrics to monitor operational performance Implement systems to track and analyze data for continuous improvement Participate in the acquisition and integration of acquired businesses

Qualifications:

10+ years operational management experience, with expertise in acquisition integration Successful track record driving growth, margin expansion, and managing P&L responsibilities Strong leadership abilities with proven team building and coaching skills Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strategic thinker with solid business acumen BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
