Growing plumbing company is seeking a General Manager to help lead the internal operations. ONSITE – Located in Piedmont SC Key Responsibilities Serve as a professional and trusted extension of the CEO, embodying and communicating the company’s mission and values. Translate high-level company vision into actionable strategies and ensure effective execution. Lead day-to-day operations across departments with a focus on consistency, clarity, and measurable results. Manage internal teams, hold leaders accountable to their deliverables, and drive performance using KPIs and company scorecards. Streamline workflow, enhance systems, and ensure all business processes align with our operating system. Act as the central hub for internal communication, team coaching, hiring, and staff development. Proactively resolve conflicts, build culture, and maintain a steady, motivating presence within the company. Collaborate with the CEO on strategic initiatives, reporting, and planning for future growth. Build the current and future organizational structure. Develop and implement performance standards and lead employee evaluations and corrective actions when needed. Identify, discuss, and solve challenges through a solution-oriented mindset.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred 5+ years of experience in a leadership as an Operations or General Manager.
