POSITION PURPOSE

The Program Manager III (Agency Assistant Director) will act as a key support to the Agency Director, overseeing day-to-day operations of a department or project, managing staff, ensuring smooth execution of goals, and assisting with strategic planning, all while upholding compliance and reporting on performance metrics to achieve organizational objectives. Minimum and Additional Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS

: o Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a major coursework in business or public administration or related field of study. Five or more years of experience in a business management or executive role. Effective interpersonal skills. Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions. Detailed-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications. Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management.

EXPERIENCE

: o Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and supervisory skills with experience managing teams. Effective interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity. Master’s degree and a minimum of five executive level management experience, preferably in a structured academic-residential environment. Knowledge of federal and state laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to structured educational environments and residential facilities. Ability to successfully navigate funding sources for Agency fiscal and operational needs. Ability to sustain the culture, traditions, and reputation of the Agency Ability to model good citizenship, positive community involvement, and collaborative relationships. Ability to monitor and assess program performance to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment.
