Duties Support the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees to enhance team performance. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and conducting regular stock checks. Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain store appearance and optimize product displays. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve issues effectively. Sell products by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for the store. Conduct employee orientation sessions to instill company values and expectations. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve operational efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a retail or management role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong administrative skills with proficiency in basic math for inventory management. Proven ability to manage tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
