Regional Vice President – Florida Southern Capital Funding Network South Carolina We are looking for an experienced commercial banker with mortgage, banking, commercial real estate or consumer lending experience to serve as the company’s Regional Vice President for the state of Florida. Candidate can work from Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Tampa or Gulf Coast. Our company is a well-established commercial lending company headquartered in the Southeast that specializes in providing working capital and commercial real estate loans to small to mid-sized businesses. We also work with developers and investors to obtain private and institutional capital to fund commercial properties and construction projects so real estate sales experience is a plus. Desired applicant will have at least 2 years’ experience working as a commercial or residential loan officer, commercial bank manager or lender, or experience selling real estate. This position will be responsible for closing working capital loans, business lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, SBA loans, etc. Must be comfortable speaking with clients face-to-face and via phone, as well as attending local and statewide group meetings and luncheons, and calling on local banks and business owners. In addition, the Regional Vice President will be responsible for building out a sales force of Area Market Managers and Independent Referral Organizations throughout the Florida territory that will report directly to the Regional Vice President. This is a commission only position. Override commissions from Area Market Managers will be part of the total compensation plan.

First year earning potential:

$50,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
