Community Bank Market President
GPAC has partnered with a growing community bank that is expanding into a new market. They have tasked us with finding a dynamic individual capable of leading a team to quickly establish a solid market presence, create new deposit relationships, and develop new loan growth within the market footprint.
About The Role
As Market President, you will serve as a leader, coach, mentor, and cheerleader to a team of banking professionals seeking to establish a market presence and build new customer relationships. Additionally, you will serve as the face of the bank, representing it in civic organizations, at public and private events, and in every facet of community life.
A Highly Qualified Candidate Will Possess the
Following:
A strong work ethic, founded on honesty and integrity, continually striving toward excellence.
Proven success in developing, negotiating, and underwriting complex commercial loan deals.
A solid understanding of bank financial performance data.
The ability to effectively lead others to set and exceed performance goals.
