POSITION SUMMARY
Natera is seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join our Executive Services Organization. The individual in this role will provide consistent best in class administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer in partnership with his Chief of Staff and Executive Business Partner. The ideal candidate has previous administrative experience delivering meticulous results no matter the task at hand. You must be an organizational ninja, and a flexible partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A take charge and ‘own it’ approach will be a key to success in this role.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Local tasks required of the CEO Basic calendaring, meeting adjustments Expense reconciliation and processing Other projects as needed locally
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative capacity including experience with personal tasks Bachelor’s degree preferred Local to Nashville TN; willing to work early AM as needed; hybrid in office / remote structure
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Demonstrated problem solving skills and solid judgement in ambiguous situations Strong command of Google Suite and ability to master other applications quickly A sense of urgency, driving task to completion with rigor and escalating appropriately Strong communication skills, including writing, speaking and listening Comfortable collaborating with other members of executive’s staff Excellent demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail Tolerance for shifting priorities and deadlines and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed
