We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on leader to join our Independent Living community as an Assistant General Manager (AGM) . In this key role, you’ll help oversee daily operations while playing an active part in sales and marketing efforts that bring new residents into a vibrant, welcoming environment. You’ll support the General Manager in creating a warm, well-run community where residents thrive—and you’ll be a friendly face to families, guests, and prospects. What You’ll Do:
Help manage daily operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service for residents. Lead and motivate staff to uphold a positive, team-driven culture. Partner with the Sales & Marketing team to give engaging tours, follow up with leads, and support outreach efforts. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and team members. Assist with move-ins, resident satisfaction initiatives, and administrative support. Step in for the General Manager as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive, compassionate leader with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational skills and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. Previous experience in senior living, hospitality, or operations (preferred but not required). A passion for creating community and enhancing the lives of seniors.
