Our suites-only concept aims to reimagine dog hospitality by offering more personalized care in a stress-free, elevated environment. We are seeking an Assistant General Manager who will not only provide an elevated experience to all of our guests and their parents, but also lead our team while cultivating superior work environment. Applicants must be passionate about dogs, able to provide exceptional customer service, and excited to be part of our growing team. The calmest working environment in the industry A beautifully designed workplace Opportunities for career growth Flexible work schedules (full or part-time) Competitive pay and benefits (see below) What you’ll do Report to and serve as an extension of our General Manager, ensuring the business runs smoothly and our high standards are met Supervise our Hosts and engage with dogs during group play Feed and administer medication to dogs Perform general wellness checks throughout the day, and, if necessary, resolve dog behavior and/or health issues Manage and provide excellent communication to our customers before, during and after their dog’s stay Oversee and maintain a clean and hygienic work environment What’s required High integrity, trustworthy and dependable Excellent customer service and people skills, with an exceptional ability to retain information and initiate follow-ups as needed Strong organizational skills Goal-oriented and seeking a long-term career in petcare Must be comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds (prior experience in the pet services industry is a plus, but not required) Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet Available to work nights, weekends and holidays – we are open 365 days a year Reliable transportation Other important information
