Assistant manager Gallatin Pike Coin Laundry 3602 Gallatin Pike, Nashville, TN 37216 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, including washing, drying and folding clothes and cleaning the store. You will check customers in and ensure that the store runs smoothly and efficiently. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service and overseeing store activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a passion for customer service. Duties Assist in the management of daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage cash register operations, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the laundromat experience. Implement promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement. Collaborate with the Store Manager on growth of business Skills Proficient in basic computer operations with strong math skills for accurate transaction handling. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members toward achieving store goals. Experience in training development to foster employee growth and performance improvement. Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with customers and vendors. Previous experience in store management or as an assistant manager is required.
