Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Hotel General Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations. The GM will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel by ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction, profitability, and team performance. This includes managing day-to-day operations, staff leadership, budgeting, marketing, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, etc.) Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent guest service and maximize operational efficiency Develop and manage annual budget, forecasts, and financial goals Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins Implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services Recruit, train, and evaluate hotel staff Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and local partners Prepare and present performance reports to ownership or corporate leadership

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior hotel management role (minimum 5 years preferred) Strong understanding of hospitality industry operations, finance, and customer service Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

$53,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
