Hourly + Bonuses based on performance ($25•28 hourly) Rolling Suds is looking for a General Manager to lead our operations and drive efficiency in our growing pressure washing business. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing technicians, scheduling, fleet maintenance, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and Lead Technicians:

Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to company standards.

Optimized Scheduling:

Plan jobs in a logical, geographically efficient order to maximize productivity.

Fleet & Equipment Oversight:

Take ownership of repair and maintenance (R&M) for company trucks and equipment to minimize downtime.

Customer Appointments & Estimates:

Handle in-person and virtual appointments to provide accurate residential service estimates.

Operational Efficiency:

Oversee daily job execution, problem-solve issues, and ensure smooth business operations.

Job Requirements:

Strong leadership skills with experience managing field technicians or service teams. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities for job scheduling and operations. Experience in fleet and equipment maintenance a plus but not required (will result in higher base) Ability to conduct professional customer consultations and estimates.
