What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Overseeing all field and office operations Hiring, training, and managing installation crews Ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to spec Quoting jobs and managing estimates with accuracy and margin in mind Managing vendor relationships, ordering materials, and tracking inventory Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service Tracking KPIs and identifying areas for operational improvement Representing the company with professionalism and integrity—always
