General Description:
Position entails a combined physician appointment in the MedicalImaging section of the VA Tennessee Valley Healthcare System (TVHS)at both the Nashville and Murfreesboro campuses. The Chief isprimarily based at the Nashville campus. As Chief of the Servicethe position has supervisory responsibilities and is responsiblefor other duties as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
Supervisory Controls:
The physician works under the direction of the Chief of Staff andwill oversee supervision of and active participation in the education of radiology residents andfellows, medical students, radiology technologists and student technologists.
