$125,000 – 150,000 A well-regarded Real Estate Investment Firm is looking to add a Vice President of Investor Relations to their growing team! The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the firm’s capital markets activities and will play a key role in driving the growth of the business.

Vice President of Investor Relations Responsibilities:

Prospect and acquire new clients by identifying opportunities in the real asset space. Develop and maintain relationships with private wealth investors; RIAs, consultants, insurance companies, smaller institutions Present and promote the company’s real estate private debt offerings, including loan products and structures, to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create customized financing solutions that meet client needs. Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, industry regulations, and competitive landscape to position the company effectively. Achieve sales and revenue targets through effective outreach and relationship-building strategies.

Vice President of Investor Relations Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with a finance/marketing/economics concentration (MBA preferred) Minimum 5-8+ years of experience in Capital Formation or Investor Relations within Real Asset or Private markets Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex investment concepts to diverse audiences. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude Demonstrated track record of successfully raising capital and closing deals in a competitive fund raising environment. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and strong project management skills Ability to travel for meetings, presentations, and events
