Job Summary We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and overseeall operations at our folding carton manufacturing facility. Theideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging,printing, or related manufacturing industries, with expertise inproduction, quality control, sales, and financial management. Thisrole requires a hands-on leader with the ability to driveoperational efficiency, team performance, and business growth. Key Responsibilities 1. Operations & Production Management Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficientproduction, quality output, and cost control. Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other processimprovement methodologies to optimize workflow. Monitor equipment maintenance, raw material procurement, andinventory control. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatorystandards.2. Sales & Business Development Work closely with the sales team to develop new businessopportunities and maintain customer relationships. Set and track sales and revenue targets, ensuringprofitability. Collaborate with customers to understand packaging needs anddeliver innovative solutions.3. Financial Management &Budgeting Develop and manage operational budgets, cost controls, andfinancial performance metrics. Analyze profit and loss statements to improve efficiency andmaximize profitability. Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising productquality or customer satisfaction.4. Team Leadership & HumanResources Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, including production,sales, and administrative staff. Establish and promote a strong company culture ofaccountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management.5.Quality Assurance & Customer Satisfaction Ensure that all products meet customer specifications andindustry standards. Work closely with the quality control team to address andresolve production defects or process inefficiencies. Implement customer feedback loops to drive continuousimprovement.6. Strategic Planning & Growth Develop and execute long-term strategies for business expansionand market positioning. Identify new technologies, materials, and automationopportunities to enhance efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, andemerging packaging innovations.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing,Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 yearsin a leadership role (preferably in folding cartons, packaging, orprinting industries). Strong understanding of carton converting, die-cutting, gluing,and printing technologies. Proven track record of improving production efficiency andfinancial performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solvingskills. Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturingsoftware. Knowledge of ISO, GMP, HACCP, and other quality assurancestandards in packaging.
