Up to $21-25/hour We’re seeking a Service & Installation Manager/Trainee to join our landscape lighting company in Knoxville! We install low-voltage landscape lighting for homeowners and need a reliable, hardworking individual eager to learn. No prior lighting experience is required, though it’s a plus. Experience in landscaping, irrigation, or customer-focused home service businesses is helpful but not necessary for the right individual. We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do:

Assist and lead installation projects and run service calls for low-voltage lighting systems. Communicate with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction. Use a simple company app on your phone for scheduling and project tracking. Operate company-provided vehicles and tools to complete installations. Work with a team to install outdoor lighting systems.

Who You Are:

Committed to quality work with a strong work ethic. Comfortable with physical outdoor work, including occasional ladder use. Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to learn with on-the-job training. Competitive pay:

Consistent schedule:

32 hours/week, Monday-Friday, no weekends. Company-provided tools, vehicle, and on-the-job training for success.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ability to work in the Knoxville area with some local travel to client sites.
