Maintenance Manager Trainee Job Summary:

• 1st shift, 7 am-5 pm
• Develops and deploys maintenance and store improvement programs and projects that improve the plant and equipment performance.
• Promotes safety and demands it from the maintenance organization.
• Manages the maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and developing the staff to meet the department’s needs.
• Ensure preventative and predictive maintenance is completed and records are maintained on all assets.
• Ensures maintenance projects comply with all local, state, and federal safety and environmental requirements and regulations.
• Develops and oversees the continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes and executes long-term plans.

Qualifications:

• 1 + years of relevant experience.
• Must have an understanding of maintenance management systems and processes, preventative and predictive maintenance, manufacturing technologies, and standard software applications.
• Requires strong communication, math, organizational, and analytical skills.
