Fixed Ops Manager CDJR Dealership Columbia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram 106 South James M Campbell Boulevard, Columbia, TN 38401 We’re looking for an experienced and high-performing Fixed Operations Director to lead the Service and Parts departments at our Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. Domestic Dealership Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the Service and Parts departments to ensure profitability, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Set and achieve performance goals in revenue, gross profit, customer retention, and employee development. Drive fixed ops growth through process improvement, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Recruit, train, and manage department managers and staff to build a high-performing, engaged team. Ensure compliance with all OEM, state, and federal regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with the General Manager and other department heads to align dealership goals and priorities. Manage departmental budgets, forecast sales and expenses, and monitor financial performance. Maintain a strong focus on CSI and ensure all fixed ops departments are delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of fixed operations management experience in a franchised dealership (CDJR experience strongly preferred). Proven track record of exceeding department objectives and growing profitability. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Working knowledge of CDJR warranty policies and Mopar processes. Proficient with dealership management systems (Tekion). Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable to high standards.
