• Job Overview:

• We are in search of a motivated Assistant Manager to help oversee the operations of our indoor play space for children aged 10 and under.

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, enjoy working with children and families, and excel in a lively and fast-paced setting. Your duties will include training team members, managing schedules, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success and health of the facility.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist with the daily operations of the indoor play space, including regular cleaning and maintenance tasks Supervise staff members and offer support as needed Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all guests Help develop and enforce operational policies and procedures Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as necessary Provide top-notch customer service to all visitors Assist with staff training and scheduling Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally •

Requirements:
