We are located on 6791 Walnut Grove Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
- Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
- Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
- Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Ensure product quality, facilities cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
- Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
- Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
- Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused business.
- Strong time-management skills; and consistent weekend availability. Must be available most, if not all Saturdays and Sundays.
- Saturdays from 8am – Up to 8pm in summer and 7pm in winter. Sundays from 12 noon – Up to 8pm in summer and 7pm in winter
- Most weeks would be 20-30 hours. Some weeks during busy months could be 40 hours per week. Slower months it may be 10-20 hours per week. Our business is very seasonal.
- Experience in the family entertainment/attraction industry is preferred but not required.
Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 – $20.00/hour.
