About the Role As EVP of Donor Engagement, you won’t just lead a team—you’ll shape the future of a ministry. This is a strategic executive position with a seat at the leadership table. You’ll develop and drive the fundraising strategy, build authentic relationships with major donors and foundations, and cultivate a culture of generosity within and beyond the ministry.

Range:
