Job Description
General Manager Five Star Food Service – HQ Franklin, TN 37067 We’re looking for a results-driven General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure excellence across every area of the business. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service, operational efficiency, and a strong team culture—all while meeting performance and financial goals.
What You’ll Do:
Provide strategic leadership across all departments and functions Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance Develop and coach department leaders and frontline team members Drive performance goals including revenue, customer satisfaction, and quality Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards Analyze financials, forecast trends, and manage budgets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and employees
