Managing Director Franklin, TN (In-Person) | Full-Time Elite Advisor Network (EAN) is seeking a sharp, growth-driven Managing Director to lead execution across our team and accelerate revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning strategy into results-creating clarity, driving accountability, and keeping high-performing teams focused on initiatives that move the needle. About EAN Elite Advisor Network helps financial advisors grow a business they’re proud of through coaching, resources, and community. Key Responsibilities Team Management Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, and 1:1s with marketing team Ensure team role clarity, ownership, and accountability Support hiring and onboarding of new marketing staff or contractors Marketing Operations & Execution Lead weekly execution rhythm of the marketing team (content, email, Circle posts, DMs) Maintain scorecards, cadences, and deliverables to ensure accountability Manage timelines, task owners, and success metrics for 90-day marketing priorities Own growth of core revenue streams-Membership and Events Campaign & Funnel Oversight Launch campaigns (events, assessments, cohorts) on time with clean execution Report on performance and facilitate post-launch debriefs Systems & Reporting Maintain marketing KPI dashboards and weekly executive reporting Identify and implement systems improvements (Zapier, GoHighLevel, Circle) Resource & Budget Oversight Manage spend in alignment with budget and quarterly goals Recommend scope or resourcing changes to protect execution You’ll Succeed in This Role If You… Have experience running operations in fast-paced, content-heavy environments Thrive on execution and meeting deadlines Know (or can learn quickly) GoHighLevel, Circle, Zapier, Notion, Asana Have led small teams and understand cross-functional leadership Create clarity in chaos and love driving outcomes Move with urgency and accountability-without waiting for permission Qualifications 3+ years in operations, project management, or similar roles Proven track record of managing teams and hitting KPIs Excellent written and verbal communication Familiar with CRM, online community platforms, and automation tools Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $90,000-$100,000 depending on experience Bonus potential tied to execution and goal achievement 401k PTO Success Metrics Projects launched on time and on budget Membership and event revenue growth quarter over quarter Team cadence and accountability maintained weekly Weekly reporting to manager with actionable data Why Join Us You’ll be the engine behind a mission-driven brand that helps advisors build businesses they’re proud of.
