Part-Time Grants Analyst Job Overview We are seeking anexperienced Grants Analyst to join our team on a part-time basisfor a 6-12 month engagement. The successful candidate will play akey role in managing and allocating a significant grant fund of$30-40 million, which must be allocated for spending before the endof the year and utilized within the next two years.

Schedule :

Part-time,approximately 20-25 hours per week. Schedule to be determinedcollaboratively.

Location :

100% in-office in Stamford, CT PrimaryResponsibilities Utilize financial systems to generatecomprehensive reports on grant allocations and expenditures. Manageand oversee the grant lifecycle, from application to closure.

Collaborate closely with 12 project managers and committee membersto ensure efficient grant distribution and management. Assist inthe strategic allocation of the $30-40 million grant fund. Ensurecompliance with all relevant grant regulations and organizationalpolicies. Prepare and present regular status reports to the GrantOfficer and other stakeholders. Identify and implement processimprovements in grant management procedures. RequiredQualifications Proven experience in grants management. Proficiencyin using financial systems for reporting purposes. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment. Experience with Oracle financialsystems is ideal Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency inpivot tables and

VLOOKUPS.

Knowledge of federal, state, and privategrant regulations.
