About the Role We’re seeking a Development Director who will play a key role in advancing our mission by identifying and securing diverse funding sources, including grant opportunities that drive innovation and sustainability. This individual will lead our development efforts, cultivate donor relationships, and ensure our financial growth aligns with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and apply for grant opportunities from private, corporate, and government sources. Develop and execute fundraising strategies , including donor cultivation, events, and campaigns. Work closely with the Executive Director to align funding goals with organizational objectives. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, foundations, and corporate partners. Oversee database management, reporting, and compliance for grant funding. Lead development committee meetings and provide detailed fundraising reports. Qualifications 3-5 years of Proven experience in grant writing and fundraising . Bachelors Degree or above Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Creativity and strategic thinking to maximize funding opportunities. Ability to engage with diverse funding sources and cultivate relationships. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Must be able to pass a background check. Why Join Us?
