Strong competency in developing and managing complex grant budgets – including aligning narrative proposals with financial documentation, ensuring compliance with funder guidelines, and collaborating with Finance and Program teams to accurately reflect program needs and costs. Perform regular research to identify and present new and relevant grant opportunities, seek out new information/data to support program requests, and stay up-to-date with funder priorities. In collaboration with the Chief Development Officer, establish and maintain positive relationships with grant funders/program officers.
