It is a National School of Excellence and an AJC Top Workplace 2020. Applications are being accepted for an experienced Advancement Director for the 2025-2026 school year. This position is responsible for developing and implementing the advancement strategy, including managing the annual giving campaign, driving donations to the GOAL scholarship program, building relationships with donors, writing grant proposals, cultivating major gifts and business partnerships, and growing the alumni program. Must have experience in advancement/development, fundraising, or a similar field, preferably in the nonprofit setting, and experience in database and records management. A proven track record of achieving revenue goals and proven experience in partnership building and event planning are important. Candidates should have a positive attitude, flexibility, enjoy working as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail, and a high degree of initiative and enthusiasm.
