Donor Service Manager $100K-$115K Non-Profit Atlanta, GACreative Financial Staffing has partnered with a well-respectednon-profit organization in the heart of downtown. They are seekinga Donor Service Manager to join their dynamic accounting team andare ready to move quickly for the right candidate. GrantsManagement & Compliance Lead the development, implementation, andcontinuous improvement of grantmaking processes, policies, andtools to support strategic philanthropic efforts. Overseeverification and compliance processes to ensure grant funds are notdisbursed to sanctioned or high-risk entities, in accordance withU.S. and international regulations. Manage the optimization andinternal support of CSuite CRM, including GL coding structure,grant record accuracy, and documentation uploads. Review paymentrequests and award letters for accuracy, coordinating with FundStewards when necessary. Ensure all grant agreements meetorganizational and legal standards, recommending updates as needed.

Support preparation for tax filings and end-of-year donorreporting, including contributions to Form 990 schedules. Financial& Operational Oversight Monitor donor contributions and alignfinancial reporting with program and operational budgets. Generatefinancial reports, cash flow projections, board book content, andaudit support documentation. Oversee year-end reconciliation ofgrants and non-grant payments in collaboration with the Financeteam. Manage the annual endowment payout process and ensurecompliance with expenditure responsibility requirements. Trackdonor-advised fund performance and ensure all distributions alignwith IRS regulations and donor intent. Lead grants close-outprocedures and digitization of records; maintain consistency in CRMpolicies and documentation. Team Leadership & Training Design andlead departmental training on tools, technologies, and processes tostrengthen staff capabilities and donor engagement. Manage anddevelop a high-performing team through coaching, onboarding,feedback, performance planning, and career development. Provideoversight and support for staff using CSuite and donor servicesplatforms. Respond to staff, grantee, and donor inquiries,resolving grantmaking issues and advising on best practices.

Strategic Collaboration & Process Improvement Collaborate acrossdepartments to ensure efficient resource use and maximizeoperational effectiveness. Drive process standardization andimprovement initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset.

Integrate industry best practices into operations and maintainup-to-date knowledge of nonprofit regulations. Standardizephilanthropic systems, including donor relations, DAF setup, andCRM platforms such as Foundant and Salesforce. Key QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.6 years of grants management or donor services experience,including 5 years of database/CRM administration. In-depthknowledge of nonprofit regulations, GAAP, and philanthropiccompliance standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite anddonor platforms including Foundant, Salesforce, and Donor Central.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, withexcellent communication abilities. Demonstrate strong leadershipand team-building skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
