We’re seeking a Grant Manager to secure funding for programs, infrastructure, and community initiatives.

Salary:

Starting at $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Duties:
  • Research & apply for grants
  • Manage awarded grants & ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with town departments
  • Track performance & provide updates to town leadership
Preferred Experience:

Federal, State (CDBG, DEP, DOT, Efficiency Maine), Northern Border Regional Commission, broadband, public safety, rural health, workforce development.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in grant writing/administration
  • Strong writing, budgeting, and project coordination skills
  • Familiarity with grant portals & compliance standards
