We’re seeking a Grant Manager to secure funding for programs, infrastructure, and community initiatives.
Salary:
Starting at $65,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Duties:
- Research & apply for grants
- Manage awarded grants & ensure compliance
- Coordinate with town departments
- Track performance & provide updates to town leadership
Preferred Experience:
Federal, State (CDBG, DEP, DOT, Efficiency Maine), Northern Border Regional Commission, broadband, public safety, rural health, workforce development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in grant writing/administration
- Strong writing, budgeting, and project coordination skills
- Familiarity with grant portals & compliance standards
Work Conditions:
