Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Peer Support Training Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, supporting, and enhancing our peer support training program. You will also support the administration of our peer support training and apprenticeship grant, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and supporting related activities. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain community partnerships to expand our training program’s reach. Assist with registering participants for training classes, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Marketing and promoting the training program Plan and execute events related to the training program. Support the peer support training and apprenticeship grant, including: Assist with ensuring compliance with grant requirements and guidelines. Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve grant objectives.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and general office skills. Experience in multitasking and managing competing demands. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience utilizing social media for marketing and engagement. Knowledge of peer support, care management, and/or mental health services in North Carolina is a plus. Experience in grant management and compliance is highly desirable.
