We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team. The Program Manager will be responsible for: + Planning and executing projects + Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget + Providing administrative support for the duration of the grant

Other Work/Responsibilities:

+ Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. + Coordinate internal resources, partners, and third-party vendors for flawless project execution. + Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring financial efficiency. + Serve as the primary point of contact for projects and provide regular updates. + Ensure work is of the highest quality. + Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential issues.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. + Proven experience in project management. + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals. + Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies as needed. + Keen eye for detail to ensure project accuracy and quality.
