Manager ReAL Edgemere Community Land Trust (CLT) ReAl Edgemere Community Land Trust Far Rockaway, NY • Hybrid work Overview ReAL Edgemere CLT is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Manager to lead our operations and drive community-first housing and land justice initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to help shape equitable development in the Rockaways through collaborative leadership, strong project management, and authentic community engagement. Duties  Lead the implementation of CLT projects with community and development partners  Serve as liaison to the Board, elected officials, agencies, and community groups  Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings; maintain database of organizational records  Spearhead outreach, education, and engagement around the CLT model  Manage fiscal reports including grant funding usage timelines, AR and AP  Lead grant research, writing, submission, and compliance tracking  Manage consultants, volunteers, and administrative team members  Represent the CLT at events, conferences, and coalition meetings locally and out of state  Drive communications across all digital platforms including but not limited to, newsletters, website, and social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)  Track analytics and adjust strategy to expand the CLT’s grow, visibility and reach  Develop and distribute culturally relevant educational materials to stakeholders  Travel frequently to the Rockaways and meeting locations(hybrid work environment) The Trust Manager position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals while ensuring the integrity of their trust accounts through diligent management and oversight. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years in nonprofit, housing, or community development  Excellent Project Management, strong presentation, and negation skills  Proven track record of a housing project completion  Highly organized, tech-savvy, ability to analyze data and multiple priorities independently  Proficiency with digital platforms (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Zoom, Teams an 08740d Social media management tools)  Familiar with Community Land Trust, NYC housing policy preferred buy not required

Full-time Pay:

$70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
