Starting pay:

44,000 This position will oversee all PSC sites and online PSC to make sure all adhere to the specific grant requirements. It requires travel to all locations quarterly and direct supervision to PSC managers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure that team members adhere to specific grant requirements.
• Implement screening procedures and ensure screenings are complete as needed.
• As required by the State of Tennessee, grant and agency, ensure documentation is completed with accuracy and professionalism as required within the timeframes designated
• Development and adhere to program implementation plans, program marketing and community outreach, relationship development and resource development.
• Supervise staff, team development, and represent the agency in meetings related to peer support services and grant activities.
• Report and evaluate the program.
• Will work with the outcomes evaluation staff to ensure deliverables are met and outcomes documented.
• Ensuring adherence to the Peer Support program requirements, reporting, and evaluation of the program are
• Directly supervise Peer Support Managers, and adhere to supervision requirements as required by the State of Tennessee grant scope of services.
