Job Category:
Temporary Job Summary ETSU College of Nursing, Office of the Dean, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to provide as-needed support for grant-related activities, including assisting with the preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation of grant budgets and expenditures. This role will work closely with the grants management team and finance office to ensure compliance with funding guidelines and institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation and submission of grant proposals and budgets
Support post-award grant administration, including tracking expenditures and preparing financial reports
Review and reconcile grant accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
Coordinate with principal investigators and departments to gather necessary documentation
Provide general administrative and financial support for grant-funded projects
Assist with audit preparation and documentation as needed
This is a PRN (as needed) position. Hours and schedule may vary depending on the needs of active grant projects. ETSU is an Equal Opportunity employer.
