Job Description

Inventory Clerk directpathrecruitingservices Madison, AL 35756 Were hiring an experienced Inventory Specialist to support materials management for a leading manufacturing and engineering operation. This hands-on role focuses on inventory control, material kitting, component tracking, and coordination with production teams. If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and have experience in warehouse operations or logistics within a manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate inventory control for manufacturing and engineering materials Kit jobs and deliver specified materials to the production floor Receive, inspect, and manage customer-supplied consignment materials Track component usage and report when stock reaches reorder points Operate bake-out ovens to prep boards and BGAs for rework Generate and maintain inventory spreadsheets and reports Store and issue materials securely following internal protocols Follow AS9100 and internal Quality Management Procedures Lead or assist other Inventory Control team members as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, supply chain, or warehouse management ESD and AS9100 training (preferred) Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods Experience with MAS200 software or ability to learn Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer-generated reports Strong organizational, math, and communication skills Able to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics Self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision Why Join Us?
