Job Description The position will perform clerical duties in support of the Kingsburg Plant, to include preparation of daily reports and general office duties.
Essential Functions:
Create and complete process orders generated using SAP T-Codes
FDA Reporting for medications used in Feed
Reconciliation report sent to management daily for fat variance discrepancies and period end once a month
Complete goods receipt in SAP, material transfers, and clear COGI
Enter receivers on a Excel spreadsheet, scan in receivers/railcars and BoL’s to drive daily.
Daily inventory-convert fat inventory measurement to pounds for SAP comparison
Review SAP for shipment errors as well as other recording errors and report to management
Provide and create good receipt requisitions for plant supplies and maintenance
Fill in for other office clerk when needed.
Filing, answering phones, sort and distribute mail, fax, data entry
Additional Functions:
Mail bill of ladings upon customer request
Share additional information to customers about products used tonnage.
Assist team members about shipping and receiving questions and concerns
Order office supplies and other duties as assigned by Supervisor/ Manager
Qualifications
High School diploma, some college accounting courses helpful
1-2 years of clerical experience in an office environment
Good verbal and written communication Skills
Computer Literacy (Strong Excel and database)
SAP experience preferred.
Ten-key by touch
