SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
Inventory Control includes, but is not limited to: Receipt of goods, documentation of any lost or missing items from orders, assuring inventory accuracy by monthly cycle counting and annual inventory verification, and encouraging that parts are signed out of the warehouse correctly as much as possible. Warehouse Operations includes, but is not limited to: Keeping aisles clear from clutter and debris to ensure the safety of anyone that enters, working to keep all parts clearly labelled and on the assigned shelf, assisting those that need materials from the warehouse, and keeping the warehouse staffed as much as possible during production hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Physical Inventory; cycle counting of all parts in the warehouse on at least a quarterly basis Pickup and deliver parts as required Assist other employees with warehouse functions; including finding parts and signing parts out correctly. Maintain warehouse cleanliness; including floors, shelves, and existing inventory Setup and monitor minimum and maximum reorder levels for all parts Receive all parts into warehouse using Infor, assigning bins as needed Assure that FIFO (First In First Out) methods are used to keep inventory items fresh Keep aisles, receiving area, annex, and outside warehouse area clear from obstructions and hazards Maintain MRO vending machine stock levels; alert purchasing agent when MRO vending items are needed for restocking Issue parts to Work Orders as needed Alert Purchasing Agent of any issues in a timely manner Other job functions as required or directed by purchasing agent

Report directly to Purchasing Agent/Purchasing Clerk
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Good Driving Record and Current Drivers License; employment contingent upon acceptance as a driver by our company insurance. Understand and follow oral or written instructions issued by supervisors Well Organized Computer Literate Ability to exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously over time Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs Understand basic mathematical skills Solid decision-making skills Work well both independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift 15-20 pounds on a regular basis, and occasional lifting up to 75lbs At least 18 years of age. A minimum of a high school diploma or
GED. SAFETY
Follow all office safety regulations When in one of the mills: Follow all area/machine center specific safety regulations Wear all required personal protective equipment: hardhat, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc…as required Do not enter restricted areas Report immediately to supervisor any piece of equipment that is unsafe or functioning improperly Request assistance when a task exceeds individual knowledge Visually inspect equipment and area before starting/operating Whenever possible, eliminate unsafe conditions as soon as possible Use Standard Lockout Procedures when appropriate for machine centers Use proper lifting technique by pushing, pulling and lifting with your legs and not your back Never approach a saw while it is still running Follow all other safety regulations as set forth by the company
