Standard Operating Procedures applying to their job, and are performing all functions in compliance with these procedures. Maintain a safe, organized, clean and well-motivated working environment. Enter and receive interplant shipments of parts between all BILCO facilities. safely load and unload trucks in such a way as to prevent damage to product and ensure that all paperwork is processed completely and accurately. Check all incoming goods, and verify counts. Ensure that all inventory is moved as necessary with in the plant. Complete all shipping documentation accurately, ensure that carrier has signed the bill of lading and return paperwork to designated location daily. Initiate and process finished good cycle counts according to the established schedule. Perform finished goods Quality Audits according to established procedures. Ensure inventory is stored so that no damage will occur, and to minimize the time necessary to retrieve it. Ensure first in first out of all inventory. Actively participate in Kaizen events and ensure that continuous improvement efforts are carried out effectively. Actively participate in 5S procedures. Actively participate in annual physical inventory. Perform any and all other duties as assigned by Manager.
