Together, we’re seeking an Onsite Representative Lead in Middlesex County, CT to help drive excellence in complex, mission‑critical operations. The Onsite Representative Lead to join our team in a key customer-facing role within the aerospace sector. This position is essential for coordinating supply chain operations, maintaining inventory levels, supporting customer teams, and leading onsite staff with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery.
As the Onsite Representative Lead, you will act as the primary liaison between internal departments and customer production sites. Your role is crucial in ensuring inventory accuracy, expediting critical items, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear and consistent communication.

Middlesex County, CT
Pay:
20-22/hr.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary onsite contact, fostering strong relationships with customer teams and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels using JIT, VMI, and 3PO practices.
Lead, mentor, and support the onsite team to promote high performance and consistent service.
Manage daily inventory and replenishment activities with accuracy and timeliness.
Proactively identify and resolve issues such as stock discrepancies, urgent orders, and customer concerns.
Work collaboratively with departments such as Sales, Contracts, Finance, and Program Management to support seamless operations.
Document operational activities, report status updates, and suggest process improvements or service enhancements.
Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and internal systems for inventory tracking, reporting, and communication.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma required; some college or a degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in JIT, VMI, or 3PO environments, preferably within the aerospace industry.
Leadership & Skills:
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, data analysis).
Experience with integrated inventory/data systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with both customers and internal teams.
Highly organized with strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules based on customer needs.
Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record for local travel between sites. This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
