Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing inventory for mechanical parts, knowledge of Excel for tracking, and a proactive approach to maintaining accurate stock levels. This position plays a vital role in supporting operations and ensuring efficiency across departments.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage inventory levels of mechanical parts and components Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies Track inventory data using Microsoft Excel and other sources Organize and label parts in accordance with company standards (Create new part numbers when needed) Work with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely part availability Maintain a clean and organized stockroom or warehouse area Generate and update inventory reports for management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in inventory management, preferably with mechanical or industrial parts Experienced in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus If interested please apply to this job post, text “Admin” and first and last name to 321-732-5685
