Job Description
Job Title:
Associate – Supply Chain II – A Shift
Location:
Merritt Island, FL Job Responsibilities:
Managing and setting up inventory
Conducting cycle counts of inventory and validating accuracy
Recording and labeling inventory details such as part numbers, serial numbers, and locations
Adjusting inventory as needed and performing inventory issuing tasks
Relocating inventory and inventory work centers
Providing necessary services in inventory management
Skills Required:
Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
Experience in the aerospace industry (minimum of 3 years)
Understanding of supply chain concepts and interest in network design, sales and operations planning (S&OP), inventory, or physical flow management
Proven leadership skills in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Cost Point
Forklift experience
Bachelor’s degree, advanced degree preferred
