A leading distributor company, is searching for a dedicated Inventory Clerk to join the team in Dania Beach, 33004.In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels, and facilitating the efficient flow of goods. Your daily tasks will include precise data entry, performing regular cycle counts, and meticulously reconciling any discrepancies to ensure timely order fulfillment. You’ll investigate and resolve inventory issues, monitor stock, and generate insightful reports.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Perform daily inventory counts (cycle counts) and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, including shortages, overages, and misplacements. Accurately input and update inventory data into the inventory management system. Monitor stock levels to ensure sufficient quantities are available for outgoing orders and to identify slow-moving or obsolete items. Generate and analyze inventory reports to track stock movement, identify trends, and provide insights for purchasing decisions. Assist with receiving and outgoing shipments, ensuring proper inventory procedures are followed for all movements. Organize and maintain inventory locations, ensuring products are stored efficiently and safely. Collaborate closely with receiving, shipping, and sales teams to ensure accurate inventory information and smooth operations. Prepare for and assist with annual physical inventory counts. Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards related to inventory management. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) safely when moving inventory.
