Job Responsibilities Part Management :
Manage RA, PO, Receiving, and Pick-up slips
Inventory Management :
Receive, check, store, count, and distribute inventory in accordance with established procedures Review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain and update inventory records
Order Fulfillment :
Read computer-generated order tickets to determine pulls and prepare materials for shipping Load or unload items from trucks Stock and arrange products in warehouse; move products as needed Report any stock issues or product damages to management Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with supervisor and team members to ensure smooth operations and workflow Handling and lifting of parts or materials – minimum of 77 lbs lifting /carrying and 70 lbf pushing/pulling is required • Need excellent oral and written communications skills as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
Position Requirements Data Management & Reporting :
Utilize advanced Excel functions (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, FILTER, PivotTables) to track, analyze, and report on inventory data Assist in generating reports for inventory reconciliation, stock levels, and order processing
Computer Skills :
MS Excel functions (Vlookup, Filter, Pivot, ect.) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Valid Driver’s License required Fluent verbal and written communication skills required, along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to manage both physical inventory tasks and data management tasks simultaneously

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour

Monday to Friday 8:00AM-5:00
