Monday to Friday with some Saturdays when needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Stocks, shelves, and catalogs of clinic materials, medical/ surgical tools, clinic equipment, and medical; supplies. Performs shipping and receiving functions; conducts periodic inventory control audits. May enter or retrieve information from computerized programs or systems. Deliver supplies to each office when requested.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
Inventory Control•Thorough knowledge of stock and inventory recordkeeping to include safe, effective, and efficient handling and storage of stock, material, tools, and supplies. Customer Service — Considerable knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. Safety•Knowledge of safety procedures related to the use of hazardous chemicals and equipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Communication•Excellent ability to communicate ideas effectively so others will understand. Equipment Operation•General knowledge of equipment practices, operations, and capabilities relating to supply operations.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Requires a high school diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience in supply, stock, warehouse management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
